Owner and Executive Chef Gonzalo Morales has never not known the life of a chef. For 25 years, he has lived and breathed the world of cuisine. He started as a young boy helping his father who was in the catering business. Although this started as a punishment at first, Gonzalo grew to love the creativity and excitement of feeding others in new and interesting ways.

Moving permanently to the US from Mexico 20 years ago, Gonzalo has built his experience and expertise day by day, year by year. His passion also grew with each passing year and he’s driven by his passion of bringing people together over food. His driving force is to create beautiful memories for his clients through his cooking.
